Located at 2524 Oakland Avenue in Elkhart, our 10-bed adolescent group home offers youth ages 13-18 a place to transition back into the community. Youth in this co-ed program will attend local public schools, may hold part-time jobs, and learn skills needed to reintegrate youth back into their home communities or to live independently. In addition to giving teens a step-down from a residential program, the group home will accept direct referrals from area juvenile courts, schools and the Department of Child Services.
