A unique program provided for the Amish community features separate group therapy led in Pennsylvania Dutch, devotional experiences each morning and evening, and flexible visiting hours. As with all Oaklawn clients, individual faith and religious practices are respected and honored.

Oaklawn therapists provide clinical services for Amish individuals living in Rest Haven, Pleasant Haven and Horizons of Hope, three residential facilities managed by the Amish. Rest Haven, located on the Oaklawn grounds at Lakeview Drive in Goshen, is a co-ed facility designed for short-term residential care while clients are receiving services at Oaklawn. Pleasant Haven, located to the east of Oaklawn across State Road 15, was built as a long-term residential facility for Amish men. Horizons of Hope is a long-term residential faciliity for Amish women located east of Middlebury, Indiana.
