Oaklawn offers gambling treatment at 2600 Oakland Avenue in Elkhart.

Length of treatment varies according to a participant’s individual goals. Program components include individual sessions, goal setting, psycho-education, relapse prevention, and medication management as required. Individual and family sessions are scheduled as needed. GTP also provides referrals to financial counseling and Gamblers Anonymous. The treatment team includes masters level and trained gambling counselors. Physicians, psychologists, social workers and chaplains are available for consultation according to individual participant needs.

Criteria for admission

Follow-up

It is expected that participants of GTP will utilize community resources such as Gamblers Anonymous in order to continue leading a life free of gambling. Follow-up sessions are encouraged and include relapse prevention skills training and supportive intervention.
